Jan Jaks was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. PFC Levski BG's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Yuri Chushev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Naum Kontev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Strahil Barokov scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Etxatxu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th match minute, Malkite Kristalcheta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paun Gradev to maneuver through the defense. Naum Kontev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Jaks in the 28th minute of play. PFC Levski BG's Rolando Etxatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Strahil Barokov in the 30th minute of play. Naum Kontev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Jaks, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Vasko Krústanov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Naum Kontev made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Jan Jaks managed to get in a good position for a shot. PFC Levski BG's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Jaks was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naum Kontev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Jaks got free with Naum Kontev in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Etxatxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Karapchanski, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Jan Jaks took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Naum Kontev. Naum Kontev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Strahil Barokov made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Jan Jaks made a precise shot to the right of Naum Kontev. Malkite Kristalcheta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. When PFC Levski BG's Jan Jaks in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rolando Etxatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tzvetelin Balkandzhiev in the 67th minute of the match. Jan Jaks took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Naum Kontev. Naum Kontev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. After having played for 77 minutes, Jan Jaks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PFC Levski BG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Jaks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roman Karapchanski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Rolando Etxatxu made a huge save. In the 84th match minute, PFC Levski BG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Presiyan Sofiyanski to maneuver through the defense. Tzvetelin Balkandzhiev's shot from long distance in the 86th minute was not bad at all, but PFC Levski BG's Rolando Etxatxu knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. With a little luck, PFC Levski BG's Rolando Etxatxu got control of the ball when Roman Karapchanski tried to sneak it across the goal line.
