Serafim Darkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Presiyan Pisev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Апостоли на Свободата's goal looked a bit too open when Yanaki Kolov came free, but Serafim Darkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Presiyan Pisev in the 17th minute of play forced Апостоли на Свободата's goalkeeper Serafim Darkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Апостоли на Свободата's goal looked a bit too open when Dobrin Kinev came free, but Serafim Darkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafim Darkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Presiyan Pisev in the 28th minute of the match. Igor Terezov hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. FC Neftochimic's Yanaki Kolov got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Slavey Sagaev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafim Darkov having to interfere. Serafim Darkov came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Neftochimic's Presiyan Pisev. But to his dismay, Presiyan Pisev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. If Presiyan Pisev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Апостоли на Свободата getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Velimir Muratovski hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

FC Neftochimic's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Апостоли на Свободата was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoni Smilkov to maneuver through the defense. After 70 minutes of play, Апостоли на Свободата's Marian Gazenov made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dirk Jan Hoogsteen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in FC Neftochimic's zone, Andrey Stamov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dirk Jan Hoogsteen came out of the goal and Andrey Stamov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marian Gazenov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marian Gazenov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Dirk Jan Hoogsteen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Presiyan Pisev notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Апостоли на Свободата's Serafim Darkov. Serafim Darkov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Terezov in the 89th minute of play forced FC Neftochimic's goalkeeper Dirk Jan Hoogsteen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafim Darkov made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Yanaki Kolov sent off a good shot on target. The FC Neftochimic fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when FC Neftochimic's Presiyan Pisev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. FC Neftochimic played a much better game than Апостоли на Свободата and deserved their victory. The Апостоли на Свободата players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
