Valentin Zlatkov scored 1-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christian Oporto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute, Valentin Zlatkov made a precise shot to the right of Christian Oporto. GATE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Rostislav Kishkilov hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Velizar Stavrev took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christian Oporto. GATE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Christian Oporto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valcho Hadzhiatanasov, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute, Grigor Yankulov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentin Zlatkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Christian Oporto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignat Kyushev was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brunko Vúrlyakov got free with Christian Oporto in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valentin Zlatkov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Oporto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Vanyo Gavazki kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Ivo Karapanov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the game, Ivo Karapanov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Christian Oporto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Evlogi Belyovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Quijada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of GATE booed when FC Berkovtsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brunko Vúrlyakov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Oporto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Velizar Stavrev, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Evlogi Belyovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignat Kyushev in the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Zlatan Dyulgerov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GATE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zlatan Dyulgerov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, GATE's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Zlatkov came free, but Christian Oporto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute of the match, Velizar Stavrev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christian Oporto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tzocho Pastirov during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of GATE booed when FC Berkovtsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tzocho Pastirov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vlado Parlapanski hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Evlogi Belyovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zlatan Dyulgerov, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Berkovtsi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
