Drogan's Simo Tabandzhov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the game, Belovitsa's Ikonom Karapetrov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simo Tabandzhov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Ikonom Karapetrov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. Simo Tabandzhov came out of the goal and Zlatin Hadzhiolov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Drogan booed when Belovitsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damyan Stanchov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Drogan's Daniel Karchev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zahari Tzutzekov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Simo Tabandzhov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ikonom Karapetrov, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zlatin Hadzhiolov was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes, Belovitsa's Veliko Shumanov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Simo Tabandzhov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Zlatin Hadzhiolov fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Simo Tabandzhov, passed just outside the right post. When Zlatin Hadzhiolov in the 56th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Simo Tabandzhov kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 62nd minute, Belovitsa's Zlatin Hadzhiolov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simo Tabandzhov. Simo Tabandzhov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Neycho Prashkov during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Drogan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neycho Prashkov to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the game, Zlatin Hadzhiolov lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Simo Tabandzhov. Zlatin Hadzhiolov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Simo Tabandzhov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neycho Prashkov got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Simo Tabandzhov was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Zlatin Hadzhiolov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zlatin Hadzhiolov really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Omurtag Dzhendov's late challenge caught a Belovitsa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omurtag Dzhendov helped the player get up and apologised. Omurtag Dzhendov kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. When Belovitsa's Zlatin Hadzhiolov in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
