In the 19th match minute, Ruzhevo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blagoy Dionisiev to maneuver through the defense. Boyan Parlapanski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Valeri Potzkov made a huge save. In the 22nd minute Boyan Parlapanski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valeri Potzkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Dimitar Vladimirov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ruzhevo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PFK Beroe the free kick. The supporters of PFK Beroe booed when Ruzhevo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitar Vladimirov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valeri Potzkov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 58 in the game by Minko Klinkov from a close distance when the talented Diyan Kúrdzhiev managed to make a qualified save. PFK Beroe's players were relieved. Kiril Lambovski missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 60 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Valeri Potzkov right hand side. Valeri Potzkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrey Mishev in the 65th minute of the match. With a little luck, PFK Beroe's Diyan Kúrdzhiev got control of the ball when Minko Klinkov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Boyan Parlapanski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valeri Potzkov having to interfere. Valeri Potzkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boyan Parlapanski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kiril Lambovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ruzhevo's goalkeeper Valeri Potzkov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 92 minutes into the match, Ruzhevo's goal looked a bit too open when Boyan Parlapanski came free, but Valeri Potzkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. PFK Beroe walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
