The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Spiridon Milanov came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Diamandovo's Reynaldo Honesto. But to his dismay, Reynaldo Honesto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Reynaldo Honesto struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Spiridon Milanov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diamandovo. If Reynaldo Honesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th match minute, ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Barbukov to maneuver through the defense. A well placed Reynaldo Honesto short distance shot in the 20th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Yasen Kichev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Przemyslaw Mochadlo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Reynaldo Honesto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Spiridon Milanov having to make a save. Spiridon Milanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Honesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Diamandovo's Reynaldo Honesto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Spiridon Milanov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Spiridon Milanov was a little too slow when Reynaldo Honesto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23's zone, Reynaldo Honesto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Spiridon Milanov came out of the goal and Reynaldo Honesto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Nayden Lazarkov came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Diamandovo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nayden Lazarkov couldn't finish the play. Antonio Barbukov made in the 37th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Paun Feredzhanov. In the 39th match minute, ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Barbukov to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23 defense, Reynaldo Honesto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Spiridon Milanov. The ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Spiridon Milanov should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Reynaldo Honesto took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Spiridon Milanov. Spiridon Milanov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. When Reynaldo Honesto came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Diamandovo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Honesto couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Diamandovo had played much better football throughout.
