After a rather tough play, BatVanio's Kiril Strashimirov got a free kick in the 47th minute. Yanek Zaykov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kamen Zhilkov went, in the 50th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kamen Zhilkov was the one to do the kick off. BatVanio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vanyo Chenkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of ФК Червено знаме booed when BatVanio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stayko Godzhev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute Martin Velinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slavi Sandov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Martin Velinski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Slavi Sandov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yanek Zaykov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. A hard shot 92 in the game by Kamen Zhilkov from a close distance when the talented Yanek Zaykov managed to make a qualified save. BatVanio's players were relieved. If Dragomir Enkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dragomir Enkov struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Yanek Zaykov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ФК Червено знаме. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Velinski in the 100th minute of play forced ФК Червено знаме's goalkeeper Slavi Sandov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BatVanio's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
