Vihren Prúvchev showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Sergey Skerlev didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC TORPEDO's Nesho Metev shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. FC TORPEDO's Nesho Metev got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lilko Nikolchov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. Sergey Skerlev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nesho Metev made a kick off. A collision led to FC TORPEDO getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nesho Metev hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nesho Metev in the 58th minute of play forced odrin-89's goalkeeper Sergey Skerlev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC TORPEDO's Preslav Palaskov was substituted for Stoil Stoitzev. Sergey Skerlev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nesho Metev, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. With an all-out effort, FC TORPEDO's Sergey Skerlev threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nesho Metev, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nesho Metev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Sergey Skerlev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sevdalin Pamukov struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Sergey Skerlev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC TORPEDO. Nesho Metev might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergey Skerlev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nesho Metev ran back to his position shaking his head. The FC TORPEDO supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC TORPEDO would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
