Grisha Kukenski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Todor Langov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 minutes, Velimir Kiritzov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSKA SOFIA 1948 and the FC 13 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filcho Vinchev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darin Danailov, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 21 minutes of play, CSKA SOFIA 1948's Tzonko Tzolev made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 29th minute Tzonyo Palukov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grisha Kukenski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, FC 13's goal looked a bit too open when Tzonko Tzolev came free, but Grisha Kukenski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tzonko Tzolev got free with Grisha Kukenski in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. CSKA SOFIA 1948's Filcho Vinchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darin Danailov in the 34th minute of play. Filcho Vinchev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darin Danailov, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, FC 13's Darin Danailov got a free kick in the 38th minute. Grisha Kukenski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ilcho Peshakov. When Rumen Kalenderov fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC 13's protests and gave Rumen Kalenderov a yellow card for diving instead. Rumen Kalenderov hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. FC 13's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Velimir Kiritzov scored to the left of an out of position Grisha Kukenski, making the score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The CSKA SOFIA 1948 fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when CSKA SOFIA 1948's Tzonyo Palukov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Grisha Kukenski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tzonko Tzolev's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Filcho Vinchev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Darin Danailov in the 66th minute. Ilcho Hadzhitodorov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Grisha Kukenski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tzonko Tzolev in the 71st minute of play forced FC 13's goalkeeper Grisha Kukenski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Chavdar Gonev fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC 13's protests and gave Chavdar Gonev a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC 13 getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Chavdar Gonev hit a great ball. Darin Danailov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Grisha Kukenski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tzonko Tzolev in the 89th minute of play. Tzonyo Palukov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grisha Kukenski having to interfere. Grisha Kukenski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tzonko Tzolev went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to CSKA SOFIA 1948 getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Velimir Kiritzov hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the CSKA SOFIA 1948 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
