Luan Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Vasko Mandev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Evlogi Cheshmedzhiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Luan Velloso put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vasko Mandev. After a rather tough play, AC Red Bull Stars's Magne Hansson got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 18 played minutes Elbert Gudov rounded AC Red Bull Stars's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elbert Gudov in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vasko Mandev saved AC Red Bull Stars from getting behind. In the 27th minute, Vlastimil Kresta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 29 in the game by Luan Velloso from a close distance when the talented Vasko Mandev managed to make a qualified save. AC Red Bull Stars's players were relieved. Vasko Mandev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elbert Gudov in the 30th minute of the match. Vasko Mandev was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Luan Velloso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luan Velloso really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Vasko Mandev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elbert Gudov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tzenko Telbizov kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Vasko Mandev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elbert Gudov in the 37th minute of the match. Helmut Kunze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magne Hansson in the 38th minute of the match. With a little luck, AC Red Bull Stars's Vasko Mandev got control of the ball when Luan Velloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elbert Gudov ran back to his position shaking his head. Vasko Mandev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elbert Gudov in the 44th minute of the match. Beloslav Demirev charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beloslav Demirev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes MANCHESTER UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Beloslav Demirev. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elbert Gudov made a kick off. Pendekar Bödör sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edvin Åman hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, Elbert Gudov notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of AC Red Bull Stars's Vasko Mandev. Vasko Mandev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vasko Mandev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elbert Gudov, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Magne Hansson could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Helmut Kunze however easily saved by the left post. In the 71st match minute, AC Red Bull Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magne Hansson to maneuver through the defense. AC Red Bull Stars's Asen Radoychev was substituted for Filcho Golemanov. Magne Hansson kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. A collision led to AC Red Bull Stars getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Vlastimil Kresta hit a great ball. Vasko Mandev came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by MANCHESTER UNITED's Gelu Dragomir. But to his dismay, Gelu Dragomir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Elbert Gudov hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. AC Red Bull Stars's Naum Chiflidzhanov was substituted for Lilko Albachki. Elbert Gudov kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Kristian Harrit left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MANCHESTER UNITED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. AC Red Bull Stars's Gerasim Deynov was substituted for Galin Velikin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elbert Gudov in the 86th minute of play forced AC Red Bull Stars's goalkeeper Vasko Mandev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of MANCHESTER UNITED booed when AC Red Bull Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vlastimil Kresta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Gelu Dragomir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MANCHESTER UNITED's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gelu Dragomir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Francisco Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Vasko Mandev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gelu Dragomir, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MANCHESTER UNITED fully deserved thier win.
