With a couple of smart ball manuevers Borislav Somlev in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tzoko Hambarski saved Lissija from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Petko Dakovski took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Yulian Voynov to make any attempt to save it. When Valentin Bidzhov fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lissija's protests and gave Valentin Bidzhov a yellow card for diving instead. 13 minutes into the game, Tzeno Vlahov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lissija's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CSKA HEROES BULGARIA the free kick. After a rather tough play, Lissija's Tzeno Vlahov got a free kick in the 13th minute. Deyan Kamenski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yulian Voynov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blagovest Trenin in the 16th minute of the match. Yulian Voynov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stanislav Mitin in the 18th minute. CSKA HEROES BULGARIA's Yulian Voynov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blagovest Trenin in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Petko Dakovski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lissija's supporters rose to their feet, but Petko Dakovski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yulian Voynov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute Blagovest Trenin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yulian Voynov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yulian Voynov came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Lissija's Stanislav Mitin. But to his dismay, Stanislav Mitin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Tzoko Hambarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deyan Kamenski in the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, CSKA HEROES BULGARIA's goal looked a bit too open when Blagovest Trenin came free, but Yulian Voynov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 32nd minute of the match Tzeno Vlahov completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tzeno Vlahov a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 32 played minutes Lissija got a freekick which was hit by Tzeno Vlahov. 38 minutes into the match, Blagovest Trenin notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of CSKA HEROES BULGARIA's Yulian Voynov. Yulian Voynov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tzoko Hambarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deyan Kamenski in the 41st minute of play. After 43 played minutes Lissija got a freekick which was hit by Blagovest Trenin. Tzoko Hambarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borislav Somlev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Deyan Kamenski was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Lissija's Blagovest Trenin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yulian Voynov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Stiliyan Boishin managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSKA HEROES BULGARIA's supporters rose to their feet, but Stiliyan Boishin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tzoko Hambarski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Lissija were victorious despite being under pressure from CSKA HEROES BULGARIA for much of the match.
