After 15 minutes, Stayko Bokov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1.CSKA and the ФК.Сокол-Буково players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, 1.CSKA's Stayko Bokov got a free kick in the 15th minute. Stoyko Marchinkov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Presiyan Baykushev having to make a save. In the 20th minute, 1.CSKA's Viktor Búrzev ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dancho Kaludov. Dancho Kaludov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. After 25 played minutes 1.CSKA got a freekick which was hit by Teofan Ilkov. ФК.Сокол-Буково's Dancho Kaludov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Búrzev in the 27th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Viktor Búrzev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, ФК.Сокол-Буково's Dancho Kaludov got control of the ball when Violet Dzivev tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After some careless play in the ФК.Сокол-Буково defense, Teofan Ilkov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dancho Kaludov. The ФК.Сокол-Буково fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dancho Kaludov should have stopped the shot. Nayden Fúrtunov charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nayden Fúrtunov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ФК.Сокол-Буково getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Vencho Ermenkov hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stayko Bokov in the 76th minute of play forced ФК.Сокол-Буково's goalkeeper Dancho Kaludov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dancho Kaludov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofan Ilkov in the 78th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, 1.CSKA's Stayko Bokov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dancho Kaludov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. In the 84th minute, Viktor Búrzev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1.CSKA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. Dancho Kaludov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Búrzev in the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ФК.Сокол-Буково's Arso Sandev got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 1.CSKA fans cheered their team off the field, for while ФК.Сокол-Буково had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
