Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 0) Alfatlu's Rangel Mishkov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikolay Babev in the 3rd minute of play forced Alfatlu's goalkeeper Yakim Tzingilev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lilko Stanin kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, ©Breznik AFC®'s goalkeeper Adam Hadzhiolov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vangel Tzelov. Nikolay Babev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yakim Tzingilev having to interfere. Vidyo Boykinov kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Radomir Mehandzhiev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alfatlu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ©Breznik AFC® the free kick. After 22 played minutes Alfatlu got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Mehandzhiev. Yakim Tzingilev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tinko Vaklev in the 28th minute of play. Spiro Urmanov charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Spiro Urmanov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Vangel Tzelov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Traycho Dishev's late challenge caught a ©Breznik AFC®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Traycho Dishev helped the player get up and apologised. Traycho Dishev hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The wind increased when Tinko Vaklev made the kick off in the second half. Adam Hadzhiolov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Spiro Urmanov in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, ©Breznik AFC® was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lilko Stanin to maneuver through the defense. When ©Breznik AFC®'s Tinko Vaklev, in the 57th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for ©Breznik AFC®. The supporters of Alfatlu booed when ©Breznik AFC® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nesho Vakrilov didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vangel Tzelov came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Alfatlu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vangel Tzelov couldn't finish the play. Tinko Vaklev struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Yakim Tzingilev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ©Breznik AFC®. Yakim Tzingilev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tinko Vaklev in the 75th minute. Yakim Tzingilev made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Nikolay Babev sent off a good shot on target. Nikolay Babev struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Yakim Tzingilev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ©Breznik AFC®. After some careless play in the Alfatlu defense, Nikolay Babev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yakim Tzingilev. The Alfatlu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yakim Tzingilev should have stopped the shot. When the match was over ©Breznik AFC® could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Alfatlu throughout the match.
