George Velinov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Téo Mello's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Eliseo Moreno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severino Loyola in the 29th minute. Cup2's Téo Mello got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. George Velinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krzysztof Skoroda in the 31st minute of the match. If Dimcho Fuskov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Cup2's Téo Mello ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind George Velinov. George Velinov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. When Dimcho Fuskov came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Cup2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dimcho Fuskov couldn't finish the play. In the 70thth minute of the game Téo Mello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Plovdiv City's George Velinov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cup2 made a substitution. Argir Tishinov replaced Aleandro Ortiz. Cup2 were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after FC Plovdiv City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mladen Pashov took the corner. After taking down the ball on Cup2's corner Valeri Hadzhisotirov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and George Velinov quite easily take care of the ball. After 80th play minutes Téo Mello shot 0-5, a short shot which went by George Velinov and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to FC Plovdiv City getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Severino Loyola hit a great ball. George Velinov made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Téo Mello sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Cup2's Téo Mello fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. If Téo Mello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cup2's Téo Mello in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Plovdiv City's goalie prevented a goal. Téo Mello came free with the goalkeeper in the 94th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and George Velinov could save by the left post. The FC Plovdiv City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cup2 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
