In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind VN FK LEVSKI-1914-Varna's goalkeeper Marcos Stens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yancho Pirovski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. S L A Y E R's Kalin Kremenski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo de Lima in the 31st minute of play. Marcos Stens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dochko Dotzov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stoil Gotev in the 43rd minute of play forced S L A Y E R's goalkeeper Kalin Kremenski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The S L A Y E R fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when S L A Y E R's Dochko Dotzov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. VN FK LEVSKI-1914-Varna's Marcos Stens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhecho Natzkov in the 67th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Stoyan Piperkov could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Kalin Kremenski however easily saved by the left post. Paulo de Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dochko Dotzov in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Stens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 76 minutes into the match, VN FK LEVSKI-1914-Varna's goal looked a bit too open when Yancho Pirovski came free, but Marcos Stens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dochko Dotzov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Stens was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Marcos Stens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dochko Dotzov in the 83rd minute of the match. After 83 played minutes VN FK LEVSKI-1914-Varna got a freekick which was hit by Zhelyo Boyadzhov. Marcos Stens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Asparuh Vikyov went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. S L A Y E R's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
