With a little luck, LEVSKI 1914's Romeo Gugulanu got control of the ball when Nacho Barbutski tried to sneak it across the goal line. LEVSKI 1914's Romeo Gugulanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save LEVSKI 1914 from getting a goal against them. Delfino Serna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vladimir Tomanov having to make a save. 23 minutes into the game, LEVSKI 1914's Gláuber Silveira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vladimir Tomanov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Romeo Gugulanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nacho Barbutski in the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gláuber Silveira in the 28th minute of play forced Loko Plovdiv's goalkeeper Vladimir Tomanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LEVSKI 1914's Romeo Gugulanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nacho Barbutski in the 31st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Ilcho Argirov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loko Plovdiv's supporters rose to their feet, but Ilcho Argirov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Gugulanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Nacho Barbutski came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Loko Plovdiv fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nacho Barbutski couldn't finish the play. Loko Plovdiv's Vladimir Tomanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfino Serna in the 44th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Delfino Serna in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vladimir Tomanov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nacho Barbutski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Romeo Gugulanu made a huge save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Loko Plovdiv's Stancho Vunov was substituted for Vencho Zlatarev. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nacho Barbutski was the one to do the kick off. Vladimir Tomanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gláuber Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The supporters of Loko Plovdiv booed when LEVSKI 1914 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kuzman Fúrkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute Nacho Barbutski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Gugulanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Loko Plovdiv booed when LEVSKI 1914 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. 姜平冰 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vladimir Tomanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gláuber Silveira in the 69th minute of the match. After 71 minutes of play, Loko Plovdiv's Nacho Barbutski made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Romeo Gugulanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Delfino Serna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Delfino Serna could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Vladimir Tomanov however easily saved by the left post. Daniel Dotzinski made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Loko Plovdiv's Dencho Yashev. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Loko Plovdiv had won after a very even match.
