Ikonom Gerginov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Alfonso Leoncio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21st minute Mavrudi Barúmov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evtim Pantaleev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Sly Goodwick managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC MANEKENI CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Sly Goodwick was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evtim Pantaleev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfonso Leoncio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ikonom Gerginov in the 38th minute of play. Miro Bezhanski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Alfonso Leoncio made a huge save. Evtim Pantaleev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toma Draganov in the 41st minute of the match. Alfonso Leoncio had in the 56thth minute some difficulties stopping Ikonom Gerginov's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Alfonso Leoncio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ikonom Gerginov's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Traian Nanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ikonom Gerginov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alfonso Leoncio. FC MANEKENI CLUB's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC MANEKENI CLUB's zone, Wladyslaw Modrzewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Leoncio came out of the goal and Wladyslaw Modrzewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfonso Leoncio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miro Bezhanski went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. FC MANEKENI CLUB were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
