Rusi Chergarov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Stefano Mammarella made a huge save. Krum Zhirov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuil Milovanov's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute PFC Neftochimic Burgas were awarded a corner. Radomir Dilinski went to the cornerflag to take it. Nenko Bugarchev kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rusi Chergarov during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of PFC Neftochimic Burgas booed when MIZIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rusi Chergarov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th match minute, MIZIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kamen Lukarov to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the game, one of MIZIA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave PFC Neftochimic Burgas a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Radomir Dilinski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of MIZIA's Krum Zhirov. 0-2. Krum Zhirov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blagoy Morchev in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Neycho Madin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krum Zhirov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krum Zhirov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avgust Chakalski, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Stefano Mammarella made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Mito Gerchev sent off a good shot on target. Krum Zhirov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avgust Chakalski in the 38th minute of play. Kliment Kozovski took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Krum Zhirov. Krum Zhirov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Yanislav Vatov kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Momchil Pushnikov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stefano Mammarella. PFC Neftochimic Burgas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Momchil Pushnikov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Avgust Chakalski took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Krum Zhirov to make any attempt to save it. Krum Zhirov made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Neycho Madin sent off a good shot on target. MIZIA's Krum Zhirov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avgust Chakalski in the 61st minute of play. Krum Zhirov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kosta Chorbadzhiyski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 minutes, Nenko Bugarchev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MIZIA and the PFC Neftochimic Burgas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Krum Zhirov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Neycho Madin in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Bilyan Simitchiyski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MIZIA and the PFC Neftochimic Burgas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, MIZIA's Bilyan Simitchiyski got a free kick in the 88th minute. Krum Zhirov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kliment Kozovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. When the final whistle sounded PFC Neftochimic Burgas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MIZIA.
