When Cido Fernandez fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EK's protests and gave Cido Fernandez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute, Cido Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paun Atkov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Beloslav Yachkov kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paun Atkov in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denimir Bebin saved EK from getting behind. Vladislav Dzhalev's late challenge caught a FC Bansko's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vladislav Dzhalev helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes EK got a freekick which was hit by Vladislav Dzhalev. In the 12th match minute, EK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beloslav Yachkov to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Zhao Hai Gang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denimir Bebin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paun Atkov in the 16th minute of play. Dimitar Vetzov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladislav Dzhalev in the 19th minute. Denimir Bebin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paun Atkov in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Cido Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitar Vetzov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of EK booed when FC Bansko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhao Hai Gang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dimitar Vetzov made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Vladislav Dzhalev sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves İlbey Denizalp could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Dimitar Vetzov however easily saved by the left post. After taking down the ball on EK's corner İlbey Denizalp fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dimitar Vetzov quite easily take care of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Paun Atkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denimir Bebin. EK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paun Atkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Dimitar Vetzov made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when İlbey Denizalp sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladislav Dzhalev got free with Dimitar Vetzov in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The wind increased when Paun Atkov made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, FC Bansko's goal looked a bit too open when Cido Fernandez came free, but Dimitar Vetzov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dimitar Vetzov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladislav Dzhalev, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Bansko's Paun Atkov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Denimir Bebin. That made the score 0-2 after 60 minutes of play. Denimir Bebin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paun Atkov's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cido Fernandez in the 64th minute of play forced FC Bansko's goalkeeper Dimitar Vetzov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denimir Bebin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paun Atkov in the 69th minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC Bansko's Denimir Bebin threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paun Atkov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A nice corner shot did that Paun Atkov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Denimir Bebin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With his leg Denimir Bebin managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when FC Bansko's Paun Atkov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paun Atkov in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denimir Bebin saved EK from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Paun Atkov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bansko's supporters rose to their feet, but Paun Atkov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denimir Bebin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 91 played minutes EK got a freekick which was hit by Yancho Traychev. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hristiyan Kulekov during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in EK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! EK:s Denimir Bebin showed great skill when he stopped Paun Atkov:s penalty. Slavcho Peychinov kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Bansko walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
