Spectators: 8440 (Terracing: 6331, Seating: 1941, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paun Atkov started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes Lighters's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ivan Toromanov who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Paun Atkov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tzeno Nanev was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Gancho Tendzhov charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Paun Atkov might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tzeno Nanev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paun Atkov ran back to his position shaking his head. Lighters's Tzeno Nanev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paun Atkov in the 16th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Paun Atkov notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lighters's Tzeno Nanev. Tzeno Nanev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paun Atkov in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tzeno Nanev saved Lighters from getting behind. If Paun Atkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Bansko booed when Lighters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimcho Skachkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zhao Hai Gang's late challenge caught a Lighters's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zhao Hai Gang helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, FC Bansko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zhao Hai Gang to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, FC Bansko's Paun Atkov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tzeno Nanev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zhao Hai Gang might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tzeno Nanev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zhao Hai Gang ran back to his position shaking his head. 29 minutes into the game, Paun Atkov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Tzeno Nanev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paun Atkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 33rdth minute of the game Paun Atkov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lighters's Tzeno Nanev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Lighters booed when FC Bansko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hristiyan Karaleev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paun Atkov struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Tzeno Nanev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bansko. Paun Atkov might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tzeno Nanev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paun Atkov ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 45th minute, Nedelcho Gutzov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Veliko Haralambov made a kick off. Veliko Haralambov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dimitar Vetzov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. FC Bansko's Nedelcho Gutzov suffered a sore thigh after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 54 minutes, Stiliyan Dzhorgov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lighters and the FC Bansko players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Bansko booed when Lighters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stiliyan Dzhorgov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tzeno Nanev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paun Atkov in the 59th minute of play. Paun Atkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Tzeno Nanev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tzeno Nanev was a little too slow when Paun Atkov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-5. Lighters's Tzeno Nanev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beloslav Beykov in the 74th minute of play. Tzeno Nanev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toma Matkov's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paun Atkov in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tzeno Nanev saved Lighters from getting behind. FC Bansko were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Lighters's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ivan Toromanov took the corner. FC Bansko's Ivan Toromanov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tzeno Nanev in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tzeno Nanev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paun Atkov's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. FC Bansko's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivan Toromanov in the 89th minute. The corner led to FC Bansko's Toma Matkov getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Toma Matkov took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tzeno Nanev. Tzeno Nanev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7.
