The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Radu Petriceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Slavyan Bendurski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Loco Payueta's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the game, Adalbert Opúlchenski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OSTROVA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LQSKOVO the free kick. In the 8th match minute, OSTROVA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalbert Opúlchenski to maneuver through the defense. After 12 played minutes OSTROVA got a freekick which was hit by Roman Karemov. OSTROVA's Slavyan Bendurski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Payueta in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Marin Gradev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Peter Závadský was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in LQSKOVO's zone, Marin Gradev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter Závadský came out of the goal and Marin Gradev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 minutes of play, LQSKOVO's Désiré Auriol made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Slavyan Bendurski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute, Ron Tkint ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Slavyan Bendurski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. OSTROVA's Slavyan Bendurski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Payueta in the 32nd minute of play. After 32 played minutes OSTROVA got a freekick which was hit by Roman Karemov. Peter Závadský took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Karemov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marin Petrishki hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. LQSKOVO made a substitution. Rune Arvidsson replaced Radu Petriceanu. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Loco Payueta was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Slavyan Bendurski managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when LQSKOVO's Loco Payueta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ron Tkint sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peter Závadský didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marin Petrishki went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. In the 71st match minute, LQSKOVO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loco Payueta to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Loco Payueta made a precise shot to the right of Slavyan Bendurski. OSTROVA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. Ron Tkint struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Slavyan Bendurski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LQSKOVO. A collision led to LQSKOVO getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. 余霖威 hit a great ball. Peter Závadský showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iliya Patzirev in the 81st minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, LQSKOVO's goal looked a bit too open when Marin Petrishki came free, but Peter Závadský reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Denimir Paunchev during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87th minute, Loco Payueta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Slavyan Bendurski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. 余霖威 kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 91 played minutes, OSTROVA's Roman Karemov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Peter Závadský came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in OSTROVA reached it. OSTROVA's Adalbert Opúlchenski got his second yellow card of the match in the 93rd minute. The referee ordered Adalbert Opúlchenski off the ground. After 94 played minutes OSTROVA got a freekick which was hit by Adalbert Opúlchenski. Slavyan Bendurski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Rune Arvidsson. After having played for 98 minutes, Ron Tkint managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LQSKOVO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ron Tkint was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The LQSKOVO supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LQSKOVO would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
