Kaloyan Cheriyski ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Железничар's Yuri Dinolov got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 22nd minute Nacho Tzakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Závadský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaloyan Cheriyski in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Závadský prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peter Závadský didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kaimo Hunt went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Nencho Radionov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Loco Payueta in the 33rd minute. After 96 played minutes Железничар got a freekick which was hit by Kaimo Hunt. After a defensive mix-up in Железничар's zone, Szymon Skonieczny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nencho Radionov came out of the goal and Szymon Skonieczny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Железничар supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Железничар would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
