Antonio Sefer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sava Dodov kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Rafal Klimkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Medarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Jerrick Wigger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Roch Fedosz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Knights Templar's supporters rose to their feet, but Roch Fedosz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maksim Kindekov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the ПФК Ботев Пловдив defense, Aleksandro Nesta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maksim Kindekov. Radomir Medarov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bastian Caes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th match minute, Knights Templar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Bilbo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bastian Caes in the 37th minute of play forced Knights Templar's goalkeeper Radomir Medarov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radomir Medarov came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by ПФК Ботев Пловдив's Antonio Sefer. But to his dismay, Antonio Sefer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to ПФК Ботев Пловдив getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Rafal Klimkiewicz hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bastian Caes to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Knights Templar's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Sefer came free, but Radomir Medarov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ПФК Ботев Пловдив were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Knights Templar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Julio-César Hernandez took the corner. The corner led ПФК Ботев Пловдив's Antonio Sefer to fire away a dangerous shot which Radomir Medarov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 56 played minutes ПФК Ботев Пловдив got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Sefer. A collision led to Knights Templar getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Joaquin Ramírez hit a great ball. In the 59th minute Antonio Sefer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Medarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ПФК Ботев Пловдив's Rafal Klimkiewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maksim Kindekov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sava Dodov's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sava Dodov in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maksim Kindekov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Knights Templar's Sava Dodov in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ПФК Ботев Пловдив's goalie prevented a goal. Rafal Klimkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Radomir Medarov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Knights Templar getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Azam Swee hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
