After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Blue Power! When Alfredo Di Stéfano came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Blue Power fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Di Stéfano couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute, Darin Gladichev made a precise shot to the right of Slavyan Gusev. Blue Power's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Alfredo Di Stéfano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes, Iliyan Bolashikov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blue Power and the Laziali players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Blue Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iliyan Bolashikov to maneuver through the defense. Alfredo Di Stéfano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Delyan Súrnev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laziali's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blue Power the free kick. After 44 played minutes Laziali got a freekick which was hit by Veliko Stefchov. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
Kosta Kúnov's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Slavyan Gusev on his right side and into the goal. 54 minutes into the game it was 0-4. A collision led to Blue Power getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Milcho Belemezov hit a great ball. Darin Gladichev struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Slavyan Gusev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laziali. When Encho Spiridonov came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Blue Power fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Encho Spiridonov couldn't finish the play. Slavyan Gusev was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Thomas Rix capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thomas Rix really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Thomas Rix's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Slavyan Gusev skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kosta Kúnov got free with Slavyan Gusev in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Encho Spiridonov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Delyan Súrnev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laziali's Ramiro da Silva was substituted for Darin Gladichev. Vanko Kavlakov struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. After some careless play in the Blue Power defense, Ramiro da Silva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Slavyan Gusev. The Blue Power fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Slavyan Gusev should have stopped the shot. Blue Power's Slavyan Gusev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Blue Power from getting a goal against them. Kosta Kúnov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Slavyan Gusev came out and tried to block the shot, but Kosta Kúnov slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 86th minute. In the 88th match minute, Blue Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Encho Spiridonov to maneuver through the defense. Blue Power's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ramiro da Silva 90 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-8. 95 minutes into the game, Ramiro da Silva recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Slavyan Gusev. Ramiro da Silva showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Laziali eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
