Mouricio Reyo was a little too slow when Mathias Vestberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 邱悦弘 in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mouricio Reyo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Agesilaus Michalaras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte das Neves in the 21st minute of the match. Gorostanete's Mouricio Reyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邱悦弘 in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邱悦弘 in the 24th minute of play forced Gorostanete's goalkeeper Mouricio Reyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Roberto Firmino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agesilaus Michalaras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute 邱悦弘 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mouricio Reyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind LIGHTNING's goalkeeper Agesilaus Michalaras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With an all-out effort, LIGHTNING's Mouricio Reyo threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 邱悦弘, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 47th minute Roberto Firmino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agesilaus Michalaras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viktor Buyukliev to make the kick off. When Gorostanete's Viktor Buyukliev in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Agesilaus Michalaras was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vanyo Bukovski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 61 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邱悦弘 in the 67th minute of play forced Gorostanete's goalkeeper Mouricio Reyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th match minute, Gorostanete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svetlin Benev to maneuver through the defense. Mouricio Reyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stepan Bandera, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Agesilaus Michalaras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kalin Trakiyski in the 77th minute of the match. After 79 minutes, Roberto Firmino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gorostanete and the LIGHTNING players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Stepan Bandera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ilixo Abeita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91st play minutes Stepan Bandera shot 3-3, a short shot which went by Mouricio Reyo and just under the crossbar into goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
