Arsen Pilievi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tshalkhia Mkheidze having to interfere. In the 10th minute Tshalkhia Abesadze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tshalkhia Mkheidze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Botchia Arveladze in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Goderdzi Burduli saved Chippenham United from getting behind. Botchia Arveladze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Vano Kikalishvili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Goderdzi Burduli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Botchia Arveladze went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute of the match Semen Cheishvili sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Goderdzi Burduli skillfully saved the ball. Sese Gvaramadze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Chippenham United's goal looked a bit too open when Sese Gvaramadze came free, but Goderdzi Burduli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Sese Gvaramadze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blackpool's supporters rose to their feet, but Sese Gvaramadze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Goderdzi Burduli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Blackpool getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Semen Cheishvili hit a great ball. After the first half Blackpool were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tshalkhia Abesadze stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Goderdzi Burduli managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Blackpool's Sese Gvaramadze fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Goderdzi Burduli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Botchia Arveladze, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Tshalkhia Mkheidze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tshalkhia Abesadze in the 78th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Blackpool's zone, Arsen Pilievi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tshalkhia Mkheidze came out of the goal and Arsen Pilievi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Blackpool getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Pavel Robakidze hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tshalkhia Abesadze in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tshalkhia Mkheidze prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tshalkhia Mkheidze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsen Pilievi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, Anzor Bitsadze sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Blackpool's Tshalkhia Mkheidze didn't even have to move. In the 95th match minute, Blackpool was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Robakidze to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Blackpool's zone, Tshalkhia Abesadze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tshalkhia Mkheidze came out of the goal and Tshalkhia Abesadze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Blackpool players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
