Spectators: 8504 (Terracing: 6378, Seating: 1956, VIP seats: 170) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bichiko Chebaevskiy kicked off to start the match. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind AVE's goalkeeper Okhoropir Torotadze, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Egos Londaridze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Red Bull Tbilisi's Bichiko Chebaevskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bichiko Chebaevskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes AVE got a freekick which was hit by Bakhar Labadze. 31 minutes in the game, Bichiko Chebaevskiy fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Okhoropir Torotadze having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, AVE's goal looked a bit too open when Bichiko Chebaevskiy came free, but Okhoropir Torotadze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Red Bull Tbilisi's Davit Goloviznin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Okhoropir Torotadze narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Bichiko Chebaevskiy came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Red Bull Tbilisi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bichiko Chebaevskiy couldn't finish the play. Okhoropir Torotadze was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Egos Londaridze capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Egos Londaridze really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After 45 minutes, Khudji Gvaramadze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AVE and the Red Bull Tbilisi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Khudji Gvaramadze kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Bichiko Chebaevskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Okhoropir Torotadze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Bakhar Labadze made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Mirian Kobiashvili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AVE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mirian Kobiashvili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of AVE booed when Red Bull Tbilisi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davit Goloviznin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Red Bull Tbilisi's Merab Anghelache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Red Bull Tbilisi from getting a goal against them. The supporters of AVE booed when Red Bull Tbilisi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davit Goloviznin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 minutes, Mirian Kobiashvili mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AVE and the Red Bull Tbilisi players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to AVE getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Mirian Kobiashvili hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mirian Kobiashvili got free with Merab Anghelache in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the match, Bichiko Chebaevskiy notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of AVE's Okhoropir Torotadze. Okhoropir Torotadze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Djojiki Andrzheevskiy was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 87 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, one of Red Bull Tbilisi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Red Bull Tbilisi. Tsotne Salia shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Bichiko Chebaevskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Red Bull Tbilisi players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
