Tshalkhia Pozharskiy charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tshalkhia Pozharskiy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 2 played minutes Southall got a freekick which was hit by Tshalkhia Pozharskiy. Gocha Torotadze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anatoly Andrzheevskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bakhar Andrzheevskiy hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th match minute, Fletching was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marat Gogava to maneuver through the defense. Anatoly Andrzheevskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Fletching's goal looked a bit too open when Davit Khatiashvili came free, but Jaba Cheishvili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valeri Babadishev kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davit Khatiashvili in the 23rd minute of play forced Fletching's goalkeeper Jaba Cheishvili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Soso Aragvsky fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fletching's protests and gave Soso Aragvsky a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fletching getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. In the 27th minute, Southall's Davit Khatiashvili ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jaba Cheishvili. Jaba Cheishvili yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tshalkhia Pozharskiy in the 30th minute of play forced Fletching's goalkeeper Jaba Cheishvili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Anatoly Andrzheevskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anatoly Andrzheevskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 38 minutes Southall's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Giorgi Sagharadze who took care of the corner kick. Naskhida Nad was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Mikhail Cheishvili kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Fletching's Giorgi Sagharadze couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Southall. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Iveri Andrzheevskiy made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match Giorgi Sagharadze sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gocha Torotadze skillfully saved the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eldar Kamadadze during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Southall was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eldar Kamadadze to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Bakhar Andrzheevskiy in the 59th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Gocha Torotadze's left hand side. In the 62nd minute, Bakhar Andrzheevskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fletching's Anatoly Andrzheevskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 67 played minutes Fletching got a freekick which was hit by Giorgi Sagharadze. After recieving a nice pass, Southall's Eldar Gadaevi tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iveri Andrzheevskiy in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gocha Torotadze prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Southall's Gocha Torotadze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iveri Andrzheevskiy in the 80th minute of play. Anatoly Andrzheevskiy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Gocha Torotadze made a huge save. Gocha Torotadze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iveri Andrzheevskiy in the 82nd minute of play. Kakhi Jandieri kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iveri Andrzheevskiy in the 86th minute of play forced Southall's goalkeeper Gocha Torotadze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Bakhar Andrzheevskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tshalkhia Pozharskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaba Cheishvili having to interfere. Many of Fletching's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Fletching may have spent more time on the ball, but Southall were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
