After a rather tough play, Amor Patriae's Shavleg Tsitsishvili got a free kick in the 15th minute. Bichiko Londaridze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Eldar Abesadze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, one of dankaras real:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Amor Patriae's zone, Marat Shalikashvili stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eldar Abesadze came out of the goal and Marat Shalikashvili tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bichiko Londaridze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eldar Abesadze having to interfere. Amor Patriae's Eldar Abesadze proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Amor Patriae from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Bichiko Londaridze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Jarji Mingrelsky's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Okhoropir Topnikov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Bichiko Londaridze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. dankaras real's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bichiko Londaridze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
