Eldar Abesadze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavel Goloviznin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Vadim Anghelache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pavel Goloviznin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pavel Goloviznin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eldar Abesadze having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Marat Podolyakin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eldar Abesadze was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vadim Anghelache was the one to do the kick off. Mevagissey's Eldar Urushadze was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 54th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Mindia Pilievi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marat Podolyakin in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eldar Abesadze saved Amor Patriae from getting behind. Marat Pozharskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Nukri Urushadze's late challenge caught a Mevagissey's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nukri Urushadze helped the player get up and apologised. Eldar Abesadze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marat Podolyakin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Mevagissey getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Mindia Pilievi hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute Amor Patriae were awarded a corner. Samir Mamporia went to the cornerflag to take it. Mevagissey's Pavel Goloviznin got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd match minute, Mevagissey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eldar Urushadze to maneuver through the defense. If Jarji Mingrelsky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marat Podolyakin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Eldar Abesadze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Pavel Goloviznin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Pavel Goloviznin made a precise shot to the right of Eldar Abesadze. Amor Patriae's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Mevagissey played a much better game than Amor Patriae and deserved their victory. The Amor Patriae players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
