Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Anatoly Paghava made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Redditch's zone, Anatoly Paghava stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikolaj Robakidze came out of the goal and Anatoly Paghava tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 9 played minutes Rochdale got a freekick which was hit by Sese Goraniskov. 10 minutes into the match, Redditch's Bebur Pachalia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 12th minute, Aydin Labadze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 1-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Anzor Burduli elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Anzor Burduli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gocha Kikalishvili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Botchia Sulaberidze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gocha Kikalishvili didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anzor Burduli went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute, Arsen Abesadze made a precise shot to the right of Gocha Kikalishvili. Rochdale's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Anzor Burduli struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Gocha Kikalishvili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Redditch. If Arsen Abesadze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikhail Machaidze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Gocha Kikalishvili made a huge save. In the 40thth minute of the game Djvebe Beroshvili who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rochdale's Gocha Kikalishvili was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anzor Burduli was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Djvebe Beroshvili made a precise shot to the right of Gocha Kikalishvili. Rochdale's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 57th minute, Aydin Labadze left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Redditch fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Gocha Kikalishvili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anzor Burduli, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Redditch's Aydin Labadze nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gocha Kikalishvili made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 71st match minute, Redditch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aydin Labadze to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 82 minutes, Djvebe Beroshvili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redditch's supporters crossed their fingers, but Djvebe Beroshvili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Rochdale defense, Arsen Abesadze kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gocha Kikalishvili. The Rochdale fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gocha Kikalishvili should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Aydin Labadze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Redditch's supporters rose to their feet, but Aydin Labadze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gocha Kikalishvili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Redditch players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
