A collision led to Harrogate FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Dato Kikalishvili hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

53 minutes into the match, Kakhi Pawletko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Machaidze. Harrogate FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kakhi Pawletko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 56th minute, Roland Sulaberidze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Davit Sulaberidze struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Roman Machaidze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter Tbilisi. After a rather tough play, Harrogate FC's Dato Kikalishvili got a free kick in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gia Pozharskiy in the 64th minute of play forced Inter Tbilisi's goalkeeper Roman Andrzheevskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Kakhi Pawletko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrey Aragvsky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute, Andrey Aragvsky left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Harrogate FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gia Pozharskiy in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Andrzheevskiy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute, Jarji Goloviznin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Davit Sulaberidze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 85th minute, Andrey Aragvsky got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roman Machaidze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davit Sulaberidze, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
