Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vaja Topnikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Djojiki Chebaevskiy in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Khvicha Abesadze saved Saltburn-by-the-sea from getting behind. Saltburn-by-the-sea's Khvicha Abesadze proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Saltburn-by-the-sea from getting a goal against them. 25 minutes into the match, Giorgi Jandieri notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Spalding's Vaja Topnikov. Vaja Topnikov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Arsen Machaidze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the game, Saltburn-by-the-sea's Giorgi Jandieri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vaja Topnikov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Saltburn-by-the-sea were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Spalding's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lukhum Bitsadze took the corner. The Spalding players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Saltburn-by-the-sea were winning 1-2.

In the 52nd minute, Mirian Neparidze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Khvicha Abesadze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Djojiki Chebaevskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 64th match minute, Saltburn-by-the-sea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bebur Babadishev to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Djojiki Chebaevskiy in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khvicha Abesadze prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Giorgi Jandieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Khvicha Abesadze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djojiki Chebaevskiy in the 71st minute of play. Giorgi Jandieri received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vaja Topnikov came out and tried to block the shot, but Giorgi Jandieri slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 76th minute. After 79 played minutes Spalding got a freekick which was hit by Beka Bitsadze. 85 minutes into the match, Tshalkhia Sagharadze notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Spalding's Vaja Topnikov. Vaja Topnikov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute, Vadim Aragvsky hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Spalding's Djojiki Chebaevskiy in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saltburn-by-the-sea's goalie prevented a goal. In the 96th minute, Shoshita Goloviznin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saltburn-by-the-sea's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
