Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sese Milakiev started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cornell University's goalkeeper Anatoly Cheishvili, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cornell University! In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Saltburn-by-the-sea. Lukhum Bitsadze stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Anatoly Cheishvili. 0-1. After 13 played minutes, Saltburn-by-the-sea's Lukhum Bitsadze shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anatoly Cheishvili came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saltburn-by-the-sea reached it. Anatoly Cheishvili came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Saltburn-by-the-sea's Vadim Aragvsky. But to his dismay, Vadim Aragvsky quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Giorgi Jandieri came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Saltburn-by-the-sea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giorgi Jandieri couldn't finish the play. Vadim Aragvsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Anatoly Cheishvili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anatoly Cheishvili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giorgi Jandieri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th match minute, Cornell University was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taka Alania to maneuver through the defense. Anatoly Cheishvili came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Saltburn-by-the-sea's Vadim Aragvsky. But to his dismay, Vadim Aragvsky quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Vadim Aragvsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Anatoly Cheishvili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Djvebe Jachvadze came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Cornell University fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Djvebe Jachvadze couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Cornell University's Taka Alania got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Vadim Aragvsky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anatoly Cheishvili having to interfere. Giorgi Jandieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgi Jandieri in the 55th minute of play forced Cornell University's goalkeeper Anatoly Cheishvili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Vadim Aragvsky put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Anatoly Cheishvili. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Vadim Aragvsky managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saltburn-by-the-sea's supporters rose to their feet, but Vadim Aragvsky was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anatoly Cheishvili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giorgi Jandieri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Anatoly Cheishvili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Djvebe Jachvadze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Giorgi Jandieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anatoly Cheishvili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cornell University's zone, Vadim Aragvsky stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anatoly Cheishvili came out of the goal and Vadim Aragvsky tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anatoly Cheishvili made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vadim Aragvsky in the 85th minute. Giorgi Jandieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giorgi Jandieri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Anatoly Cheishvili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Saltburn-by-the-sea left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cornell University.
