The supporters of FC barsa booed when Dato fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabir Pachalia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Dato fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eldar Pulishvili to maneuver through the defense. Khristesia Kamadadze came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by FC barsa's Nukri Sulakvidze. But to his dismay, Nukri Sulakvidze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Tsotne Mingrelsky didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Merab Goloviznin went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Merab Goloviznin made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Vladimir Bitsadze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tsotne Mingrelsky stood somewhat misplaced when Merab Goloviznin came free in front of goal and shot 3-2 to the left of him in the 55 minute. Tsotne Mingrelsky showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merab Goloviznin in the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to Dato fc getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Sachino Urushadze hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Dato fc's goal looked a bit too open when Nukri Sulakvidze came free, but Khristesia Kamadadze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tsotne Mingrelsky made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eldar Pulishvili in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valiko Topnikov in the 69th minute of play forced Dato fc's goalkeeper Khristesia Kamadadze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tsotne Mingrelsky stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Merab Goloviznin's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. FC barsa's Tsotne Mingrelsky proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save FC barsa from getting a goal against them. After having played for 78 minutes, Merab Goloviznin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dato fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Merab Goloviznin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vano Lekov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tsotne Mingrelsky having to interfere. In the 87th play minute Vano Lekov came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tsotne Mingrelsky. 3-3. Tsotne Mingrelsky showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Illarion Aragvsky, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Merab Goloviznin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Tsotne Mingrelsky skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Despite being the better team, Dato fc failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
