Valiko Sulaberidze made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Okko's Anton Videanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sachino Nad in the 48th minute of play. The Georgia Football Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Okko were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sachino Nad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The long shot by Iveri Pawletko in the 54th minute really tested Valiko Sulaberidze's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Nukri Pachalia made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Okko's Naskhida Alania. Roman Alania struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Valiko Sulaberidze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Okko. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valiko Sulaberidze prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Naskhida Alania had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Valiko Sulaberidze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Merab Sulaberidze in the 92nd minute. Okko's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
