Bebur Bitsadze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bebur Bitsadze blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sese Goloviznin having to make a save. In the 15th minute Gocha Kobiashvili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sese Goloviznin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Bebur Bitsadze had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sese Goloviznin. Kutaisi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bebur Bitsadze was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Gocha Kobiashvili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sese Goloviznin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sese Goloviznin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebur Bitsadze in the 22nd minute of play. Emiriev Andrzheevskiy succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 23rd playminute. In the 27th minute Teimuraz Neparidze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sese Goloviznin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kvarkvare Gvaramadze kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Sese Goloviznin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bebur Bitsadze's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, Kvarkvare Gvaramadze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kutaisi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kvarkvare Gvaramadze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Golden Boys fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Golden Boys's Bebur Bitsadze looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Djvebe Levidze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Teimuraz Neparidze had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sese Goloviznin. Kutaisi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teimuraz Neparidze was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The Kutaisi FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Golden Boys were winning 1-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bebur Bitsadze was the one to do the kick off. The Golden Boys fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Golden Boys's Bebur Bitsadze looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Taka Londaridze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiriev Andrzheevskiy in the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Bebur Bitsadze ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sese Goloviznin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. 64 minutes into the game, Roman Cholokaev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kutaisi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Boys the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of Kutaisi FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Golden Boys:s goal. In the 70th play minute Khobuli Cholokaev came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sese Goloviznin. 1-9. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Merdan Pulishvili during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Merdan Pulishvili hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the game, Djvebe Levidze recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sese Goloviznin. Djvebe Levidze showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-10. Sese Goloviznin made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Gocha Kobiashvili sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Golden Boys's Djvebe Levidze slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sese Goloviznin. That made the score 1-12 after 85 minutes of play. Bebur Bitsadze who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Sese Goloviznin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Golden Boys's Bebur Bitsadze got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Merdan Pulishvili hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute Teimuraz Neparidze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sese Goloviznin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Kutaisi FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Golden Boys were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
