Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bebur Bitsadze got the match started through his kick off. Kakhi Andrzheevskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bebur Bitsadze, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Valeri Aragvsky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taka Londaridze having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Golden Boys's zone, Uta Kamadadze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taka Londaridze came out of the goal and Uta Kamadadze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Uta Kamadadze was the one to do the kick off. Uta Kamadadze succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 53rd playminute. In the 56th minute, Uta Kamadadze reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Taka Londaridze. The goal made the score 0-2. If Khobuli Cholokaev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Djvebe Levidze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kakhi Andrzheevskiy having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Dinamo Baghdati's goal looked a bit too open when Bebur Bitsadze came free, but Kakhi Andrzheevskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kakhi Andrzheevskiy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teimuraz Neparidze went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Kakhi Andrzheevskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bebur Bitsadze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Egos Sagharadze scored 2-2 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kakhi Andrzheevskiy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Gocha Kobiashvili managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golden Boys's supporters rose to their feet, but Gocha Kobiashvili was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kakhi Andrzheevskiy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Uta Kamadadze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Taka Londaridze made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gocha Kobiashvili in the 86th minute of play forced Dinamo Baghdati's goalkeeper Kakhi Andrzheevskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bebur Bitsadze took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kakhi Andrzheevskiy. Kakhi Andrzheevskiy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. If Teimuraz Neparidze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Golden Boys's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
