Spectators: 9193 (Terracing: 6896, Seating: 2114, VIP seats: 183) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vadim Urushadze started the match with the kick off. In the 8th match minute, Dinamo Baghdati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergey Gvaramadze to maneuver through the defense. Kakhi Andrzheevskiy was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Shavleg Bitsadze. 12 minutes into the match, Zviadi Paghava had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kakhi Andrzheevskiy. Dinamo Baghdati's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zviadi Paghava was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Sergey Gvaramadze hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Dinamo Baghdati's zone, Akim Dzotsenidze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kakhi Andrzheevskiy came out of the goal and Akim Dzotsenidze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zviadi Burduli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergey Gvaramadze, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Merdan Arveladze struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Zviadi Burduli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dinamo Baghdati. Merdan Arveladze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zviadi Burduli having to interfere. Uta Kamadadze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zviadi Burduli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergey Gvaramadze went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 46th of the match, Vadim Urushadze tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Kakhi Andrzheevskiy got in the way and made a wonderful save. Zviadi Burduli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valeri Aragvsky in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torgva Cheishvili during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd match minute, FC SAMTREDIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torgva Cheishvili to maneuver through the defense. Uta Kamadadze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teimuraz Magalov kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Sergey Gvaramadze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zviadi Burduli having to interfere. Kakhi Andrzheevskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zviadi Paghava in the 65th minute of play. Zviadi Burduli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merdan Arveladze in the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Zviadi Paghava shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kakhi Andrzheevskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC SAMTREDIA's Vadim Urushadze got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sergey Gvaramadze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Zviadi Burduli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kakhi Andrzheevskiy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vadim Urushadze's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Valeri Aragvsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Zviadi Burduli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zviadi Burduli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergey Gvaramadze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Uta Kamadadze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinamo Baghdati were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
