Braintree were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Narikala 24GE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Djvebe Levidze took the corner. Braintree's Djvebe Levidze was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sachino Machaidze in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 10th match minute, Braintree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teimuraz Neparidze to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute of the match Janusz Frenzel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Egos Lekov skillfully saved the ball. In the 12th minute, Boguslaw Lichniak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute, Janusz Frenzel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Janusz Frenzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Taka Londaridze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Merab Magalov in the 22nd minute of play forced Narikala 24GE's goalkeeper Sachino Machaidze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Narikala 24GE's Janusz Frenzel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Janusz Frenzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Jarji Shalikashvili's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sachino Machaidze was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Khobuli Cholokaev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braintree's supporters rose to their feet, but Khobuli Cholokaev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sachino Machaidze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jarji Shalikashvili took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sachino Machaidze. Sachino Machaidze dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 45 minutes into the match, Taka Londaridze notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Narikala 24GE's Sachino Machaidze. Sachino Machaidze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Jarji Shalikashvili made the kick off in the second half. Sachino Machaidze made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Taka Londaridze sent off a good shot on target. After 55 played minutes Braintree got a freekick which was hit by Mikhail Khatiashvili. After 58 played minutes Narikala 24GE got a freekick which was hit by Vadim Neparidze. The supporters of Braintree booed when Narikala 24GE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernard Cichocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sachino Machaidze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarji Shalikashvili in the 64th minute of the match. Janusz Frenzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 67 played minutes Braintree got a freekick which was hit by Egos Sagharadze. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Jarji Shalikashvili took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Sachino Machaidze to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Narikala 24GE defense, Merab Magalov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sachino Machaidze. The Narikala 24GE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sachino Machaidze should have stopped the shot. Braintree's Merab Magalov was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 77th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 82nd minute, Mikhail Khatiashvili ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sachino Machaidze was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Mikhail Khatiashvili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sachino Machaidze having to interfere. Taka Londaridze struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Sachino Machaidze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Braintree. Egos Lekov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janusz Frenzel, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Sachino Machaidze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarji Shalikashvili in the 93rd minute of play. Sachino Machaidze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Taka Londaridze in the 95th minute. Taka Londaridze might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sachino Machaidze. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taka Londaridze ran back to his position shaking his head. Taka Londaridze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Braintree players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
