Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jarji Shalikashvili took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jarji Shalikashvili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Gia Milakiev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jarji Shalikashvili came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Braintree fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarji Shalikashvili couldn't finish the play. Vano Kikalishvili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarji Shalikashvili in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gia Milakiev saved Thamesmead from getting behind. In the 10th match minute, Thamesmead was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bebur Pilievi to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Braintree's goalkeeper Egos Lekov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Semen Magalov. Mindia Anghelache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egos Lekov having to interfere. Jarji Shalikashvili struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Gia Milakiev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Braintree. Gia Milakiev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarji Shalikashvili in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes in the game, Taka Londaridze dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Thamesmead's zone, Jarji Shalikashvili stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gia Milakiev came out of the goal and Jarji Shalikashvili tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Taka Londaridze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gia Milakiev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Gia Milakiev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarji Shalikashvili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Semen Magalov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taka Londaridze in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gia Milakiev saved Thamesmead from getting behind. Jarji Shalikashvili took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gia Milakiev. Gia Milakiev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mindia Anghelache made a kick off. If Mindia Anghelache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Thamesmead getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Lukhum Machaidze hit a great ball. Jarji Shalikashvili struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Gia Milakiev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Braintree. 73 minutes into the game, one of Thamesmead:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gia Milakiev had great luck who in the 77thth minute grab hold of the ball when Jarji Shalikashvili from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 81st minute of the match Emiriev Milakiev sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Egos Lekov skillfully saved the ball. Gia Milakiev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarji Shalikashvili's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Taka Londaridze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Gia Milakiev made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Semen Magalov in the 86th minute of play forced Braintree's goalkeeper Egos Lekov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egos Lekov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mindia Anghelache, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Egos Lekov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Semen Magalov in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Braintree's Jarji Shalikashvili sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gia Milakiev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Taka Londaridze struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Gia Milakiev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Braintree. Taka Londaridze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
