Akim Bitsadze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrey Andrzheevskiy in the 14th minute. Valiko Andrzheevskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sachino Babadishev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sachino Londaridze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Akim Bitsadze made a huge save. A collision led to Medani getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Merdan Kobiashvili hit a great ball. Andrey Andrzheevskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akim Bitsadze having to interfere. After 37 played minutes East Cowes got a freekick which was hit by Sachino Londaridze. In the 39th match minute, East Cowes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torgva Dzotsenidze to maneuver through the defense. In the 42ndth minute of the game Sachino Londaridze who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Medani's Akim Bitsadze was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valeri Pawletko's late challenge caught a East Cowes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valeri Pawletko helped the player get up and apologised. East Cowes made a substitution. Djojiki Khatiashvili replaced Marat Pulishvili. If Sachino Londaridze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Medani booed when East Cowes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gocha Pulishvili didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nodari Khatiashvili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valiko Andrzheevskiy having to interfere. Amiran Pilievi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akim Bitsadze having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Medani got a freekick which was hit by Bichiko Gvaramadze. 69 minutes into the match, Medani's goal looked a bit too open when Sachino Londaridze came free, but Akim Bitsadze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amiran Pilievi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Akim Bitsadze read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Medani's Akim Bitsadze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sachino Londaridze in the 74th minute of play. Akim Bitsadze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beka Londaridze, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Akim Bitsadze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sachino Londaridze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Medani fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Akim Bitsadze should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sachino Londaridze in the 95th minute of play forced Medani's goalkeeper Akim Bitsadze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. East Cowes's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
