Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1450, VIP seats: 50) With an all-out effort, FC GAGRA's Anatoly Kikalishvili threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nikolaj Gvaramadze, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 6 minutes into the match, FC GAGRA's goal looked a bit too open when Emiriev Burduli came free, but Lukhum Jandieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukhum Jandieri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiriev Burduli, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, Valeri Goloviznin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiriev Burduli in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lukhum Jandieri saved FC GAGRA from getting behind. With a little luck, RUSTAVI f.c.'s Anatoly Kikalishvili got control of the ball when Emiriev Andrzheevskiy tried to sneak it across the goal line. RUSTAVI f.c.'s Emiriev Burduli got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Emiriev Burduli managed to get in a good position for a shot. RUSTAVI f.c.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Emiriev Burduli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lukhum Jandieri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Otar Dzotsenidze lost his temper 29 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, RUSTAVI f.c.'s Valeri Goloviznin got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sachino Burduli to make the kick off. After 57 played minutes RUSTAVI f.c. got a freekick which was hit by Valeri Goloviznin. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Sachino Burduli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sachino Burduli might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lukhum Jandieri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sachino Burduli ran back to his position shaking his head. Nikolaj Gvaramadze scored 2-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anatoly Kikalishvili, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bukhuti Jandieri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anatoly Kikalishvili. RUSTAVI f.c.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kvarkvare Andrzheevskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Lukhum Jandieri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pavel Milakiev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lukhum Jandieri having to interfere.
