Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isfändiyar Odunov started the match with the kick off. Isfändiyar Odunov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Ämin Xasiyev made a huge save. Güman Ağamirov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ülvi Älizadä in the 5th minute of the match. Cälil Äläkbärov kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ülvi Älizadä in the 13th minute of play forced Göyçay's goalkeeper Güman Ağamirov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Güman Ağamirov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Äziz Äliyev, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cälil Äläkbärov in the 24th minute of play forced Göyçay's goalkeeper Güman Ağamirov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 minutes, Isfändiyar Odunov made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Zängilan AŞ's Ämin Xasiyev tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Isfändiyar Odunov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ämin Xasiyev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cälil Äläkbärov during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cälil Äläkbärov kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. If Isfändiyar Odunov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Näsib Şirinov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ämin Xasiyev. That made the score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Zängilan AŞ's zone, Näsib Şirinov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ämin Xasiyev came out of the goal and Näsib Şirinov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 53 played minutes Göyçay got a freekick which was hit by Äliş Cümşüdov. After a rather tough play, Zängilan AŞ's Ülvi Älizadä got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Äziz Äliyev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zängilan AŞ's supporters rose to their feet, but Äziz Äliyev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Güman Ağamirov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Zängilan AŞ's zone, Isfändiyar Odunov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ämin Xasiyev came out of the goal and Isfändiyar Odunov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ämin Xasiyev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isfändiyar Odunov's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Güman Ağamirov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ülvi Älizadä went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 74th match minute, Zängilan AŞ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Äziz Äliyev to maneuver through the defense. Näsib Şirinov scored 4-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ämin Xasiyev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, Ülvi Älizadä notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Göyçay's Güman Ağamirov. Güman Ağamirov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isfändiyar Odunov in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ämin Xasiyev saved Zängilan AŞ from getting behind. In the 90th minute of the match, Äziz Äliyev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Güman Ağamirov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 93 minutes, Näsib Şirinov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Göyçay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Näsib Şirinov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Göyçay walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
