Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arzuman Abdurähmanov started the match with the kick off. Arzuman Abdurähmanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Väkil Ağacanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mirzäli Yaşamazov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Näsib Utanov having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Xırdalan Birliyi's zone, Mirzäli Yaşamazov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Näsib Utanov came out of the goal and Mirzäli Yaşamazov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Xırdalan Birliyi's Arzuman Abdurähmanov in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FM BoBi Fc's goalie prevented a goal. 21 minutes into the match, Xırdalan Birliyi's goalkeeper Näsib Utanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mirzäli Yaşamazov. If Niyazi Yolçiyev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niyazi Yolçiyev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Väkil Ağacanov having to make a save. Väkil Ağacanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arzuman Abdurähmanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niyazi Yolçiyev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Väkil Ağacanov having to interfere. After 38 minutes of play, Xırdalan Birliyi's Niyazi Yolçiyev made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Väkil Ağacanov was left in no man's land by his defense there! FM BoBi Fc's Mirzäli Yaşamazov got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Käräm Mehtiyev to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Xırdalan Birliyi were awarded a corner. Qalib Äliyev went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Xaliq Soltanov heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Niyazi Yolçiyev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niyazi Yolçiyev received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Väkil Ağacanov came out and tried to block the shot, but Niyazi Yolçiyev slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 66th minute. In the 71st match minute, Xırdalan Birliyi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niyazi Yolçiyev to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arzuman Abdurähmanov in the 73rd minute of play forced FM BoBi Fc's goalkeeper Väkil Ağacanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xırdalan Birliyi's Näsib Utanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Käräm Mehtiyev in the 75th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Ramiz Babakişiyev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xırdalan Birliyi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FM BoBi Fc the free kick. 87 minutes into the match, FM BoBi Fc's goalkeeper Väkil Ağacanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niyazi Yolçiyev. After a rather tough play, FM BoBi Fc's Seyidäli Älibalalı got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 93rd minute, Rämzi Zeynälzadä hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arzuman Abdurähmanov struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Väkil Ağacanov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xırdalan Birliyi. Xırdalan Birliyi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
