The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SanSon getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Tärik Äläsgärov hit a great ball. If Cuma Balacayev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rahib Balayev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xidir Hüseyinli, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Söhrab Israfilov managed to get in a good position for a shot. SanSon's supporters rose to their feet, but Söhrab Israfilov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laçın Zamanov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cuma Balacayev struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Laçın Zamanov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SanSon. After 14 played minutes Xanabad ANS got a freekick which was hit by Xätai Abdurähmanov. Cuma Balacayev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laçın Zamanov having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Söhrab Israfilov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Laçın Zamanov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yasin Bayramzadä hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Söhrab Israfilov in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laçın Zamanov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Cuma Balacayev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Cuma Balacayev came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the SanSon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cuma Balacayev couldn't finish the play. The supporters of SanSon booed when Xanabad ANS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yasin Bayramzadä didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to SanSon getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Cuma Balacayev hit a great ball. SanSon's Rahib Balayev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qäzänfär Isayev in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Xanabad ANS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Söhrab Israfilov fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Laçın Zamanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cuma Balacayev in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 67th minute, SanSon's Cuma Balacayev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Natiq Isgändärov's late challenge caught a Xanabad ANS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natiq Isgändärov helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Natiq Isgändärov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 played minutes Xanabad ANS got a freekick which was hit by Rüstäm Atayev. After having played for 75 minutes, Cuma Balacayev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SanSon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cuma Balacayev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cuma Balacayev in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laçın Zamanov saved Xanabad ANS from getting behind. Rahib Balayev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qäzänfär Isayev in the 83rd minute of play. After 86 minutes, Qalib Ağanäbiyev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xanabad ANS and the SanSon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xanabad ANS's Laçın Zamanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cuma Balacayev in the 91st minute of play. Laçın Zamanov made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Söhrab Israfilov sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, Qalib Ağanäbiyev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xanabad ANS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When the match was over SanSon could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Xanabad ANS throughout the match.
