Sheki United's Suday Ağabäyov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Sheki United from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes into the match, Sheki United's goal looked a bit too open when Müşfiq Qäribov came free, but Suday Ağabäyov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Suday Ağabäyov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hämid Hämzäyev in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Sheki United's goal looked a bit too open when Bent Raison came free, but Suday Ağabäyov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Anísio da Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Suday Ağabäyov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Akif Zamanov took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Suday Ağabäyov. Suday Ağabäyov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Sheki United's goalkeeper Suday Ağabäyov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Akif Zamanov. Suday Ağabäyov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ağam Tähmäzov, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Sheki United's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ağam Tähmäzov 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. 23 minutes into the game, Müşfiq Qäribov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Suday Ağabäyov. Müşfiq Qäribov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. 28 minutes into the match, Ağam Tähmäzov notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Sheki United's Suday Ağabäyov. Suday Ağabäyov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bent Raison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suday Ağabäyov having to interfere. A collision led to Sheki United getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Ilqar Zeydiyev hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Bent Raison left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Qarabag CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Qarabag CF's Müşfiq Qäribov got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sheki United's Suday Ağabäyov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eşqin Ağacanov in the 45th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bent Raison made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Sheki United got a freekick which was hit by Israyıl Bändäliyev. Suday Ağabäyov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ağam Tähmäzov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Bent Raison ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Suday Ağabäyov was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 65 minutes into the game, Qarabag CF's Bent Raison nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Suday Ağabäyov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. In the 68th minute, Häsän Zülfüqarov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Suday Ağabäyov was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. In the 71st minute Bent Raison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suday Ağabäyov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game Bent Raison who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sheki United's Suday Ağabäyov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Suday Ağabäyov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anísio da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Qarabag CF getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Eşqin Ağacanov hit a great ball. If Zakir Feruzov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the game, Sheki United's Ilqar Zeydiyev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feruz Abbasäliyev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-1. 91 minutes into the match, Ağam Tähmäzov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Suday Ağabäyov. Sheki United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ağam Tähmäzov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-1. After 94 played minutes Sheki United got a freekick which was hit by Cälal Näbiyev. Suday Ağabäyov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bent Raison in the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Qarabag CF had played much better football throughout.
