Äjdärxan Cümşüdov came out of the goal and Senio Opazo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Äjdärxan Cümşüdov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerome Bollaert's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The attack was good, but when Senio Opazo in the 53rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Mübariz Team's Äjdärxan Cümşüdov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerome Bollaert in the 54th minute of play. After 55 minutes, Habil Rzayev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mübariz Team and the SazobaSpor players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SazobaSpor booed when Mübariz Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Habil Rzayev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ni Quan Zhen ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 69th minute, Jerome Bollaert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SazobaSpor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0.
