Evandro Santana who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Qurban Äsädli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 17thth minute of the game Senio Opazo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but XTQ FK's Zaur Äläsgärov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute of the match SazobaSpor got a corner. XTQ FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eevert Hiltunen ran over to the corner to take the kick. SazobaSpor's Eevert Hiltunen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zaur Äläsgärov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Shao Shu Chao's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Qurban Äsädli firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tärik Qäribov made a great header on SazobaSpor's corner, it was just that XTQ FK's Zaur Äläsgärov managed to reach the ball for a save. Zaur Äläsgärov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerome Bollaert in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by XTQ FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eevert Hiltunen was slow to take the kick. During this time SazobaSpor's players had a chance to rest. When the match was over SazobaSpor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than XTQ FK throughout the match.
