In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lunatics.fc's goalkeeper Arash Hajrezaei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Habib Shirazi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atash Modiri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arash Hajrezaei having to interfere. Hooshmand Rahimi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rashid Parvin in the 20th minute of the match. If Habib Shirazi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Arad Rahnama had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Lunatics.fc's Rashid Parvin got a free kick in the 27th minute. If Atash Modiri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. Deddington City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Lunatics.fc's Borna Nakisa got a free kick in the 36th minute. Hooshmand Rahimi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Farrokh Shahroudi in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute, one of Deddington City:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Deddington City. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Habib Shirazi made a kick off. Hooshmand Rahimi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Habib Shirazi in the 51st minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Deddington City's goal looked a bit too open when Farrokh Shahroudi came free, but Hooshmand Rahimi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Farzin Forouzan kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Lunatics.fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Farzin Forouzan to maneuver through the defense. Atash Modiri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arash Hajrezaei having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Farrokh Shahroudi in the 89th minute of play forced Deddington City's goalkeeper Hooshmand Rahimi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lunatics.fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while Deddington City had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
